I get asked quite a lot about how I keep my skin clean fresh and hydrated and 'spot free.' So obviously its only right that I write a blog post!! I don't want to come across as a big head being like everyone says I have nice skin bla bla bla but I do get a lot of compliments on my skin, especially for how much makeup I wear and how often I wear it! However it is far from perfect!! I have such an oily T-Zone it is unreal and I get such blocked pores aswell, I have dark under eyes and discolouration in my cheeks and forehead! I never suffered from acne or went through the spotty stage in school, so I am lucky that I have visually clear skin because I always thought if I didn't get spots in school I would get them later on! I mean I do get spots just like everyone else and when I get a spot, jesus I get a beaut!! But here is what I use on my skin ; (I have linked everything! The links are the names of the products underlined!)

To remove my makeup I used to always just use boots own baby wipes and micellar water but my friends (Yes you Poppy and Romy, I'm on about you two) would always be like wtf why do you use baby wipes treat yourself to the johnson's makeup wipes, or I think the simple ones?! So as I love a recommendation, I tried both the Simple Face Wipes and the Johnson's Face Care Make-Up Be Gone Wipes and I love them equally the same!!! They are so so so refreshing on my face! I alternate between the two brands, I literally just see whats on offer at the time and I pick that brand up! I will link them both below (they are now on offer in Superdrug so I will be ordering a few packs of both) Both these face wipes are very wet which is what I love because usually I would use micellar water with my wipes so it felt like I was fully cleaning my skin!

Johnson's Face Care Make-Up Be Gone Wipes

I still use micellar water and cotton pads for those no makeup days, I love just cleaning my face with micellar water to give it that fresh feeling!! I have literally used every single brand of Micellar water possible I swear! These are my top 5 that I still use! (I just use the one thats closest to me at the time, I have no favourite!)
Garnier Micellar Water Sensitive Skin ; This is a no perfume water so it is perfect for delicate skin! Obviously thats why it's called for sensitive skin! But this one you can get in your eyes a little bit on accident and it doesn't sting.. Which is good! This is on offer in super drug too! (basically all the products I'm listing I think are all on offer!!! You are welcome!)

Okay so now on to what else I put on my skin! I like to have super soft skin, I am obsessed with rubbing my face which probably is why it gets oily and greasy but when its all soft I can't help but just rub it!!!! Here are my favourite hydrating and moisturising products!!! I will try to keep this short!


Mario Badescu Facial Spray 
I spray my face with this about 4363784 times a day! It smells like Turkish Delight and I love it! It is a hydrating mist but it sets your makeup.. Gift from the Gods!

Gerard Cosmetics Mist-ified Spray On Moisturiser
This is also a setting spray but I use it as a primer!! I put it on just before my foundation because it is so moisturising and gives you the softest skin and dewy finish!!!

Nip + Fab Glycolic SPF30 Moisturiser
Okay this isn't the cheapest moisturiser on my list but it is one of the nicest cream moistures I use! It's oil free which is perfect for my skin type because it doesn't make my skin greasy or oily at all!

The Body Shop Vitamin E Oil
This is definitely save the best till last, you know I said I love rubbing my face well OOOOH MYYYYY GOD I can't take my hands away from my face if I have this on! It makes your skin feel amazing no joke! If I had it on now I would be typing with my elbows because my hands would be all over my super soft smelling fab face! I put this on before I go to bed and I wake up with the freshest glowiest skin ever!


So these are all the products that I use on my skin to keep it soft and hydrated! Im sorry if this wasn't that useful for people who have a completely different skin type to me so the products wouldn't benefit you, however I will say! If you suffer from acne or spotty skin, Mario Badescu do an acne starter kit and acne repair kit which I havn't tried but from reviews I have read and from using previous products from this brand I would definitely give it ago!!! There is an anti ageing kit they do and I may purchase it just so I can look 4 years old for the rest of my life!! It is definitely worth a look at this brand as they do such a variety of different kits, creams, sprays literally anything targeting certain skin and all the reviews are so good!!!
