My First Photoshoot

                              How It Happened; MUA

So there is a clothing brand called Suxceed Womans and they were looking for a makeup artist in Bristol for a photoshoot that they were doing. One of the girls who was modelling for them already messaged me and told me to contact them as I live in Bristol and I am a makeup artist obvs! So I did! Straight away Abbey the Owner of Suxceed Womans was like yes fabulous please do the makeup and then I was like yes fabulous! This was going to be my first proper photo shoot as a makeup artist and i was so so so excited! 

                                          How It Happened; Model

But then... ... .. Abbey then messaged me and asked if I wanted to model aswell as be the makeup artist for the shoot! I was like me ? Really? I'm really short for one and two, I only take photos from my left hand side because thats my good side.. However she asked and i accepted that was an offer I definitely was not going to turn down! I already knew the two girls who were taking part in the shoot Leigh and Penny, so I knew my job as a makeup artist would be easy as they are gorgeous.. However my job as a model was going to be that much more difficult.. because they are gorgeous! 

   

                                                        The Shoot;

OMG the shoot was SOOOO much fun i literally loved every single bit of it! At first I was shitting my pants because lets be honest I'm no model, but nu uh not today honey i was acting as if I was Kate Moss and had this shit down to a T. I didn't. At all. But they didn't know that.. Everyone on the shoot was so lovely and it was so nice to be able to do the job I love and take part in doing what I love (having my picture taken if fab clothes, who doesn't love that?!) 

                                        The Professional Pictures;

I died when i seen the professional photos! I was so happy with them! The girls looked stunning and I thought their makeup looked so fab! I could of contoured our foreheads with a darker bronzing powder though as the flash and lighting was so bright there was slight flashback, but you and live and you learn and I was so pleased for myself! I even liked the professional pictures of myself too.. Thats pretty obvious if you follow me on instagram i uploaded like 93 pictures from the shoot! Thats also pretty impressive too because when my mum takes 28648 pictures of me I usually only like -5 of them!
