Okay so I'm writing this post because a lovely girl messaged me on instagram asking if I could do a post about my lifestyle and fitness.. So here it is!!
I've literally only just started going to the gym again, as in January the 2nd is when I first went back.. Proper New Year Resolution that is! Last year I first joint the gym with a personal trainer with Jake before we went to Dubai to get our holiday bodies in shape, and literally the day I came back from Dubai I didn't go back, I didn't even intend on going back.. I didn't miss it at all. But this year Jake persuaded me to join back again!
I go to the gym twice a week and have a personal trainer! As much as I ache the next day, it is so worth it because it makes me personally feel so much better (not straight after the session, straight after the session I want to die!) I don't want to loose weight and this isn't a post on me losing weight at all! I just want to be abit more toned and defined, I'd like a bigger bum aswell because.. well doesn't everyone?! Nothing better than a nice peach! Aaaaaand I want to get my fitness up too! I used to be so fit when I done cheerleading and since I stopped my fitness just went downhill! So I want to be fitter and stronger, because at the moment if someone tried to kidnapp me.. they would be very successful, I don't have the strength to fight them off or enough stamina to run away, i'd legit have a stitch after 3 seconds!!
Diet.. Oh diet diet diet.. I don't really have a diet. I do have a roast every Monday round Jake's though.. I do eat quite healthy in general, I love fruit and veg and usually have vegetables with most meals, unless its pasta, pasta pizza and nuggets are my downfall!! Oh and chocolate, sweets and pudding. I have the biggest sweet tooth in the world! It doesn't matter how full up I am I always have room for pudding! Obvs.. it goes down a different tube! HAHA! And I never drink as much water as I should, I literally have a class of water a day if that but I'm trying to drink 3 pints of water a day now as apparently it helps with the puffy double chin area!! I eat so much better in the summer in general anyway because when it's sunny and hot all I want is chicken chaser salad and fruit with yogurt! So roll on May when the sun starts to shine so I can get back to being a little bit more healthier!!
My weight does go up and down alot as I do have Underactive Thyroid (I did a post on that too, you'll find it on the homepage!) But this makes my weight like a yoyo.. It makes my moods like a yoyo too!! But the gym is a stress relief for me so its a good way for me to release all negative energy and all of that!!
So I'm going to wrap this post up now as I have 20 minutes to get to the gym which is 35 minutes away..
