Wow brows

I get asked so many times what brow products I use and what I do to my brows! So why not make a little blog post on my little brows!
The truth behind my brows is being a wimp in school, confused? Don't be, I was such a wimp in secondary school I could never ever ever tweeze my brows, I would cry! ALOT! My brows were an okay shape anyway but it was just the middle monobrow bit that I hated, I tried to wax it.. When I say wax it, I put sellotape in the middle and ripped it off.. Nothing happened. So what is my next move 13 year old Lacey? Looking in the bathroom mirror and spotting my dads razor.. Yes that is what I will do! I will razor my monobrow! It worked a treat! Grew back faster but thats fine! What a life that was then, when you only had to shave you monobrow and not your legs, your underarms, your lady garden and every other part of your body! Anyway I grew out of the razor monobrow stage a few years after and started I tweeze the middle and then the odd sparse hair. And I still just do this now! I was tempted to get them threaded once but I just can't bring myself to do it! My brows are precious if they went to thin I would look like an egg and I don't want to look like an egg.

My Fav Go To Brow Products;
Anastasia Beverly Hills ; Dip Brow Pomade - Caramel
Anastasia Beverly Hills ; Clear Brow Gel
Morphe ; Angled Liner Brush
Mac ; Brow Pencil -  Lingering
Morphe ; Flat Concealer Brush
Maybelline ; Fit Me Concealer - 10

So I use the ABH dip brow for a more precise, fuller,  sharper brow! It is such a lovely product to work with, you just need to get the perfect angled brush to work with it! I always use concealer to carve out my brows to give them that perfect clean finish! However! If I'm doing a no makeup day but just want to add in a few hairs to fill in sparse areas I just use the mac brow pencil and fill it in lightly! No matter what brow I am doing, I always use the ABH clear brow gel to brush over my brow hairs to give them a stay in place shape! I would just say though that if you have quite soft and thin brow hair try to avoid strong brow gels as it can tug on the hairs an pull them out! Especially when removing makeup! Beware we don't want bold brows!

Hope you liked this post.... and my brows!!
                                   Love Lacey xx

  1. Could you do a post about your day to day makeup and skin care routine and what products you use?
